The WaterworksOnline client portal makes purchasing and order management incredibly easy from anywhere at any time. You will also have the most current price available at your fingertips. Each client is assigned a primary contact (usually your purchasing manager) but can have multiple users for one account. This means if your team members are out onsite they can manage their own ordering or if you prefer to have one person placing orders they can easily request items to be ordered.
Ordering is a breeze as you can add multiple size variations of each product to your order in one click. Re-ordering is also a streamlined process as you can set up multiple order lists in your ‘favourites’. Whether it be the product you order on a regular basis for your shop stock or items for a specific project, rather than searching for the common items, simply add them to your favourites and you can find them in future with ease.
Once an order has been placed you can see the live status of your order whether it be received by our team, waiting for dispatch, or has been shipped. So if you suddenly wake up in the middle of the night wondering if you ordered something, in a few clicks you can easily see where it is at. To make communication even easier, you can submit any questions you may have about your order through the handy messaging function.
Unlike many e-commerce stores you may have visited in the past, WaterworksOnline allows you to pre-order stock. So if an item is not in stock or is a non-standard stock item you can pre-order and secure your stock.
Whether it be a plant breakdown or a burst water line, we understand we are serving a service-based industry and often when you need something you need it now. With this in mind, we have included a live availability function. Lookup any product on our website and for each size variation, if it’s in stock you will see ‘In Stock’. At Waterworks we pride ourselves on being solution providers, so if an item is not in stock or is a non-standard stock item you will see ‘Pre Order/Request ETA’. You can click on this button and within seconds request an estimated time of arrival which our team are only too happy to assist you with.
In years gone by, hard copy catalogues have been the go-to for finding solutions for pipeline installers. However, in today's electronic world catalogues are almost becoming a thing of the past. So what now? We’ve taken on board the fact that pipeline installers don’t have a lot of time for searching so we have created multiple search functions to make finding what you need easy. You can use the search bar, where you can search by product description or even better if you know the code, search by product code. Alternatively, you can browse the range, search by application, or even product brand - it’s that easy.
